Hey, Ron Paul...
When the first five seconds of your campaign video consists of planes crashing into the World Trade Center towers, you lose votes. If you want to say “I helped!” then show the firefighters, policemen and military that helped rescue and evacuate civilians. Showing people die is a shameless way to promote yourself, especially when you’re the one proposing to cut 20% from Homeland...

The motion detector for the lights in my office...
rurone:
After a certain amount of time, it starts making these little beeps, like it’s asking “Are you still there?”
I am tempted to make a paper cut-out of the Portal turrets and tape it over it, with a hole for the motion detector where their little eye is.
Please do.

PENCIL: You know, I'm really sorry.
ERASER: For what? You didn't do anything wrong.
PENCIL: I'm sorry, 'couse you get hurt because of me. Whenever I make a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller every time.
ERASER: That's true, but i don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though, one of these days, I know I'll be gone and you have to replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad.

Dying
Guildenstern: No...no...not for us, not like that. Dying is not romantic, and death is not a game which will soon be over. Death is not anything. Death is not...It's the absence of presence, nothing more. The endless time of never coming back. A gap you can't see, and when the wind blows through it, it makes no sound...
Guildenstern:
Rosencrantz: That's it, then, is it?
Rosencrantz:
Rosencrantz: The sun's going down. Or the earth's coming up, as the fashionable theory has it.
Rosencrantz:
Rosencrantz: Not that it makes any difference.
Rosencrantz:
Rosencrantz: What was it all about? When did it begin?
Rosencrantz:
Rosencrantz: Couldn't we just stay put? I mean no one is going to come on and drag us off. They'll just have to wait. We're still young. Fit. We've got years.
Rosencrantz:
Rosencrantz: We've done nothing wrong! We didn't harm anyone. Did we?
Guildenstern: I can't remember.
Guildenstern:
Rosencrantz: All right, then. I don't care. I've had enough. To tell you the truth, I'm relieved.
Rosencrantz:
Guildenstern: Our names shouted in a certain dawn...a message...a summons. There must have been a moment, at the beginning, where we could have said "No." But somehow we missed it.
Guildenstern:
Guidenstern: Rosen—?
Guildenstern: Guil—?
Guildenstern:
Guildenstern: Well, we'll know better next time. Now you see me, now you—
Guildenstern:
Guildenstern:
Guildenstern:
Ambassador: The sight is dismal;
Ambassador: and our affairs from England come too late.
Ambassador: The ears are senseless that should give us hearing
Ambassador: to tell him his commandment is fulfilled
Ambassador: that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead.
Ambassador: Where should we have our thanks?
